With nearly 10 years of experience supporting a water distribution and wastewater utility, I still get excited working across functional teams to build bridges and drive organizational objectives towards the finish line! I take pride in translating technical concepts for diverse audiences, facilitating change, and helping teams embrace tools that improve efficiency and decision-making.
Additionally, I have enjoyed bringing my analytic skills together with logic, emotional intelligence, and knowledge to solve complex problems, analyze data, verify report accuracy, and manage critical systems. I have been a system administrator for a Water Information Management System (WIMS), a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and other systems with 100+ users. These systems act as the system of record for critical data and processes.
